In a world where customer service has increasingly become little more than lip service, dealing with EZ Rentals was a refreshing experience.

Their responses were quick, efficient, and genuinely helpful — a standard of service that sadly feels rare these days. Having dealt with businesses that take significant amounts of your money yet struggle to reply to emails or messages, the difference was immediately noticeable.

It's unfortunate that we've reached a point where simply providing timely communication and doing what you're paid to do feels exceptional enough to celebrate.

But credit should be given where it's due.

The team at EZ Rentals stuck to the fundamentals of good customer service: they communicated clearly, responded promptly, and delivered the service they were engaged to provide. It sounds simple, but many businesses fail at exactly that.

After contacting what felt like every single rental service in Auckland, EZ Rentals were my last hope of finding a fridge to rent for just two weeks while we waited for our new one to arrive. I had to check 100 different things with every other places and most of the time, I was given incorrect information. EZ Rentals literally saved my sanity! One email and I had all the information I needed, given a no hidden costs quote, and they were extremely efficient and helpful. Not to mention the seamless, quick, and accurate time frames I was given for delivery and pick up - Tyler was great! The fridge was in immaculate condition and felt almost brand new.
I highly, highly recommend EZ Rentals to anyone looking for short or long term hire.

I called in when my fridge broke down. They came to the rescue in the nick of time. When we got a replacement unit, they picked it up promptly and also helped remove the broken unit (for a reasonable price).

I don't often write reviews for businesses. These guys provide an exceptional service - friendly, fast, efficient, and somehow very affordable.

I don't know how you guys do it but keep it up! Totally recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lifesavers! Saved my daughter's birthday!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this team. They did a great job and truly came through for us when we needed it most. They literally helped save our daughter's birthday, which meant the world to us and made the day perfect.
The quality of the service and the result were so excellent that we didn't even need the refund we had discussed—it was completely worth it. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and results!

Very Easy to deel with good communication wright from first Email making an inquiry .Hired a washing machine and Fridge
they delivered them and stalled them hassel Free.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. They reply so quick and have the kindest team. I spoke with Tania and during a very stressful move she made the pick up of our washing machine so seamless and easy for us.
