Our last day of business this year will be Thursday the 21st of December 2023. We will reopen on Monday the 8th of January 2024.

Our phones and emails will be inactive for any enquires during this period. However our emails will be regularly checked in the case of any breakdowns of EZ Rentals Fridge Freezers and Chest Freezers ONLY.

In the case of a breakdown of a Fridge and/or Freezer, we aim to replace them within 48 hours.

For breakdowns of any other EZ Rentals appliances such as Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Microwaves, etc,  please get in touch via email and we will get back to you when the office reopens on the 8th of January 2024.

 

Unfortunately we are now fully booked for all and any deliveries/collections until we reopen in the new year. We apologise for the inconvenience.

COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 3/ TRAFFIC LIGHT: ORANGE

Dear Customer,

With the recent announcement confirming the move back to Alert Level 3 for Auckland from 11.59pm Tuesday 21st of September 2021, we just wanted to take a moment to let you know we are still open and here to assist you.

EZ Rentals staff will be abiding by standard COVID-19 procedures to reduce the risks of spreading the virus.
Deliveries, collections and repairs/breakdowns will be taken with the use of appropriate PPE gear (i.e. face masks) and social distancing.

These items can be completed and/or supplied before delivery via email to ensure a contactless process:

  • Direct Debit Authority form
  • Photo ID (i.e. drivers licence, 18+ card, passport)
  • Signed Terms and Conditions

DD form and T&C’s will be supplied to you via email upon enquiry.

    • Super easy sign up process and we don’t do credit checks
    • No bond or set up fees, the weekly price is all you’ll pay
    • You pay 2 weeks upfront on delivery, then are set up on a direct debit on a day that suits you
    • Our delivery system is designed with you in mind so you’ll get it when you are available, when you want it
    • We have flexible rental agreements for payments
    • We have a minimum 3 month rental period with the option for short term rentals at short term prices
    • If something goes wrong, we will sort within 24 hours
